Euro 2008 – Ziua 4

Si a venit si ultima zi a primei runde. A intrat in scena Grupa D a acestui Campionat European.
Din pacate pentru mine, nu am avut posibilitatea sa vad corectia aplicata Rusiei de Spania 🙁 Ce pot sa spun din review urile citite este ca Rusia nu a avut sorti de izbanda in fata unui David Villa magistral. Trei goluri pentru atacantul spaniol, un hatrick care ne scuteste de orice comentariu. Spania ia o optiune serioasa pentru calificarea in sferturi, in timp ce Rusia poate ca ar trebui sa si revizuiasca apararea si implicit modul de abordare a partidelor.

In cea de a 2a partida a zilei a venit randul campioanei europe en-titre, Grecia, sa intre in hora. Suedia – Grecia a fost meciul care avea sa ne arate ce mai face minunea de acum 4 ani, Grecia. Din pacate pentru eleni, Suedia a stiut sa contracareze planul Greciei astfel ca putine au fost atacurile lui Gekas si compania care au ajuns la poarta lui Isaksson. In celalalt careu insa, Ibrahimovic a avut cateva actiuni foarte periculoase, ajutat fiind si de Larsson si Ljunberg, un trident ofensiv de invidiat.
In prima repriza s-a remarcat in special apararea elena cu 2 fundasi centrali ca 2 turnuri de control – de neclintit.
Acestia 2 din urma insa nu s-au mai sincronizat la o faza banala, iar sutul magistral al lui Ibrahimovic avea sa l prinda pe Nikopolidis defazat ca de altfel in mai toate fazele meciului. Era 1-0 pentru Suedia si in sfarsit rafalele nordicilor isi atinsesera tinta. Grecia nu a stiut sa iasa din pasa proasta, iar pe final a mai facut cadou un gol Suediei, la o faza la care inca nu mi dau seama daca ‘meritul’ este al portarului elen sau a celor doi fundasi (oricum nu al atacantului imbracat in galben) 🙂
2-0 pentru Suedia, si cele 2 echipe invingatoare ale zilei si-au asigurat cate 3 puncte foarte importante.
Daca ne gandim ca invingatoarele din Grupa D vor juca ce cele din Grupa C (poate chiar Romania) e clar ca in sferturi, in a2a jumatate de tablou vom vedea niste meciuri foarte foarte interesante.
